Wohngut Eichenpark, München

In 2007, MHG Munich Hoteldevelopment Group GmbH realized this residential building project together with Investa Immobiliengruppe in one of the most popular residential areas in Munich.

KSP Engel & Zimmermann, as one of the most renowned architect’s offices in Germany, was commissioned to give Wohngut Eichenpark on the high banks of the river Isar that very optical originality the buyer looking for individual living space expects.

The individual parts of the structure are designed in a dynamic and varied way and form a group around a green inner courtyard even including the old tree population. Surely, the partly integrated city houses are another special feature of this architecture: having two stories, their own entrance, cellar, and garden plot they give you a feeling of space and living just as if it were your own terraced house. The wooden front is just one example of the natural materials being used for construction and reflecting the green close-to-nature surroundings.
