In cooperation with Accor Hospitality Germany GmbH, MHG Munich Hoteldevelopment Group GmbH took part in the construction of Germany’s first Adagio access Aparthotel and a new ibis budget hotel in Munich. These hotels opened in autumn 2014 and have been operating since 1 December 2014. The new hotels in close proximity to “Moosacher Straße” offer guests modern and comfortable accommodation at a reasonable price

A wide range of offers and great transport connection

Both houses are specifically tailored to the needs of both business and holiday travelers and feature a total of 322 air-conditioned rooms and apartments: 162 in the ibis budget and 160 in the Adagio access. Some of the rooms are accessible for people with reduced mobility. Both houses offer services such as breakfast, Wi-Fi as well as hotel owned underground parking with a total of 137 parking spaces, five of which are above ground. The new hotels are located close to the city center near Olympiapark with fast access to the highways and within walking distance of the underground line U3, station “Oberwiesenfeld”, with direct connection to the city center and the central station.
