Student residence MUC Campus VIVA in Munich

In 2012, MHG Munich Hoteldevelopment Group GmbH realized the project of a student residence: MUC Campus VIVA in the Munich district of Obersendling.

This project on a total area of 10,800 m² was jointly developed by MHG Munich Hoteldevelopment Group GmbH and Grundkontor Projekt GmbH (Munich). This student residence includes 346 high-quality equipped apartments, each with ensuite bathroom and kitchenette. Moreover, tenants can use common areas featuring TV, fitness, kitchen and sauna.

With this property, the joint venture partners responded to the continuing housing shortage in Munich, especially for students whose number is likely to continue and even increase in the future.
