Anwesen in Bereiteranger 15, München

In 2010, MHG Munich Hoteldevelopment Group GmbH acquired the property “Bereiteranger 15” in the Munich district of Au-Haidhausen and began drafting the architectural concept and preparing the realization of this residential building project. In the course of the project development in the years 2010 – 2011, the property was largely ne-planned. As a result of this revitalization, the overall living space had now increased to 3,100 m² (30 apartments). The corresponding number of underground parking spaces was projected and realized. Upon receipt of the preliminary building permit, the project was launched and sold to an investor in 2012.
